This policy applies to all Operation Nightwatch employees, Board Members and volunteers. In addition, all contractors or subcontractors who contract with Operation Nightwatch must be willing to abide by the nondiscrimination provisions outlined as required by federal, state and/or city law.
Operation Nightwatch is committed to nondiscriminatory employment practices and to nondiscriminatory delivery of services. Specifically, Operation Nightwatch prohibits discrimination against applicants for employment, employees and clients of Operation Nightwatch on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, age, disability, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era.
